Banda da cidade americana de San Antonio (daí o S.A. no nome para não confundir com os Slayer de Los Angeles) que contava nas suas fileiras com o guitarrista Ron Jarzombek (Watchtower) e o baterista Dave McClain (Sacred Reich e Machine Head). Apesar de ter sido gravado em 1984 este album só foi editado em 1988.
