Banda formada pelo ex-guitarrista de Strapping Young Lad Jed Simon e que conta ainda com mais 2 ex-SYL, Byron Stroud (baixo) e Gene Hoglan (bateria). No entanto a sonoridade nada tem a ver com SYL, é um Thrash Metal moderno mas com raizes no passado com algumas ocasionais passagens mais perto do Death Metal. Destaque ainda para a prestação do vocalista Steve "Zetro" Souza (ex-Exodus) com uma orestação bem agressiva como já não o ouvia fazer à muito tempo.
